Rob has practiced employment law for over twenty-four years. In 2007, he opened his own law firm exclusively representing employees (and some small businesses) in employment-related litigation.
Before opening his own law firm, Rob defended some of the largest employers in the United States for over thirteen years. While doing so, Rob noticed that there was a chronic shortage of quality attorneys protecting the rights of employees. With his natural inclination to represent the underdog, Rob decided to use his experience to help employees who are treated unfairly in the workplace.
Rob is admitted to practice in all Georgia courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Middle districts, as well as the Eleventh Circuit of Appeals.
Besides practicing law, Rob is the busy father of six boys and one girl. His wife Melissa works with him as a paralegal.
